ALL HAMILTON COUNTY PATRIOTS NEED TO ATTEND!!!!!!!
This plan has been in place for over a decade. It was originally published in 2015 as the Chattanooga Smart City Plan. But now has been publicized as a climate plan.
There are some changes but the structure is the same. The plan is based on sustainability and equity. SMART is an acronym for:
- Surveillance
- Monitoring
- Analysis
- Reporting
- Technology
We urge everyone to attend this meeting. You can also read the Chattanooga Climate Action Plan on:

If you love this city and county please attend and hear the TRUTH of how Chattanooga is being changed from a conservative scenic city into one of surveillance and monitoring.
