An illegal immigrant was arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping and sexual battery after he allegedly attacked a woman on Thursday, May 16th, attempting to push her into a bathroom at a dessert and coffee shop in Nashville.
This alleged attack occurred at The Nashville Sundae Club in The Gulch.'
According to the police report, the victim was on her way to the restroom when 23-year-old Nelson Yovani Ortiz-Ramirez allegedly grabbed the woman’s buttocks and started pushing her into the single-stall restroom.
The woman reportedly kicked the man and pushed him away enough to lock herself in the bathroom alone.
